Jennifer is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who strives to help your body feel and function better. She is an enthusiastic practitioner who recognizes that each person’s body is unique, and with this consideration, Jennifer offers manual osteopathic treatments tailored specifically for each patient.
After many years of observing the form and function of the human body through art, design and motion, Jennifer decided to pursue a deeper understating of the body’s anatomy and physiology by completing her Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. This is an extensive 4-year academic and clinical program that is rooted in the treatment principles established by osteopathy’s founder, Dr. Andrew Taylor Still.
Manual osteopathic treatments with Jennifer aim to restore motion throughout the soft tissue and joint structures of the body. Jennifer uses a gentle and therapeutic approach to remove motion restrictions, and restore structural balance and stability throughout the body.
Outside of her clinic, Jennifer enjoys standup paddleboarding and rock climbing. She is also interested in photography and art, and has numerous anatomical illustrations published in osteopathic manual therapy texts. Jennifer is a certified yoga teacher, with additional certification in prenatal yoga.
